1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–2 working days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Note: During sales or high-demand seasons, processing may take longer.
2. Delivery Time
We deliver across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major Cities: 2–4 working days
- Other Cities / Remote Areas: 3–7 working days
Delivery may be delayed due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping rates depend on your location and order size.
- Standard Delivery Fee: PKR [Insert Amount]
- Free delivery available on orders above PKR [Insert Amount] (if applicable)
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
Before COD dispatch, customers may receive a confirmation call or message to verify the order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp.
- You can track your parcel through the courier’s official tracking page.
6. Incorrect Address or Contact Number
Please provide accurate address and contact details.
Libas & Linen is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Missed deliveries due to unreachable phone numbers
Re-delivery charges may apply if the courier returns the parcel to us.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:
- Notify us within 24 hours
- Provide an unboxing video or photos as proof
We will investigate and arrange a replacement if applicable.
8. International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer international delivery.

9. Order Cancellation After Shipping
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
If the parcel is refused at delivery, the customer may be blocked from future COD orders.
