Refund policy
At Libas & Linen, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our Return & Refund Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order, only if:
- The product is unused
- The product is unwashed
- The product is in its original packaging
- All accessories/tags are intact
If the item has been used, washed, damaged, or altered, it will not be eligible for return.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Items purchased on sale or promotion
- Custom-made or special-size orders
- Products damaged due to customer mishandling
- Items without original packaging
3. Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive:
- The wrong item
- A defective product
- A damaged parcel
You must inform us within 24 hours with unboxing video or clear photos as proof.
We will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer exchange only in the following cases:
- Wrong color or design received
- Manufacturing defect
- Size/variation issue (if applicable)
Exchange depends on product availability.
If the product is out of stock, we may offer:
- Store credit
- Exchange with another item of your choice
5. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered only in the following cases:
- Product is out of stock after payment
- Customer received a damaged or wrong product and replacement is unavailable

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after approval.
Note:
Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
6. Return Shipping Costs
- If the mistake is on our end (wrong/damaged item), return shipping is free.
- If the customer requests a return/exchange for personal reasons, the customer must pay the shipping charges.
7. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
